Library Pick-Up Procedures

  • Complete the book request form.
  • Library pick-up will take place at the back door (Door 9) of the school building.
  • When you arrive at the school, call 571-589-2557 and we will meet you at the door.
  • Pick-up hours will be Thursdays from 1:00 - 3:00 pm, and Fridays from 7:30 -9:30 am. If you cannot pick up during these hours, please email Mrs. Forst. (rpes-librarycheckout@pwcs.edu)

  • Parents will receive an email when the requested book is available for pickup, and the titles of any books their students may have that need to be returned.
  • Students in grades 2-5 may check out 2 books at a time, students in grades K-1 may check out 1 book.
  • Pick-up and drop off will be contactless. 
  •  Parents/ students will provide their name to the staff member who will retrieve the books. The student or parent will put any returns in the return bin.
  • Requested books will be held until the following Friday.
  • All materials returned to the school will be quarantined for 72 hours.
